Car Parking
Car Parking is available for Playfront Park and the Skating Rink in Lot A.
Parking is Free, but is limited to 2 hours for Playfront and Skating Rink usage only. Daily Parking over 2 hours is $4. Anyone with a 2 hour Free Playfront Pass that stays over the 2 hour limit is subject to a $12 Parking Ticket.
Car Parking is available in Lot B, and in during busier events, Lots C and D.
Daily Parking is $4.
Special Event Parking is $5
RV Parking
RV Parking will be available for the following Special Events in 2010.

Parking Pass will be issued upon Move-In and must be displayed in front drivers side windshield at all times.
RV Spaces are 40' long by 15' Wide.
RV Parking is available for the Bayfront Blues Festival on an advance purchase basis by credit card only. Your credit card will be charged for your entire stay at the time you make your advance reservation. Call Mike at 218-590-2273 to rent your space.
Space is limited. If there are any spaces left at the time of the event, additional RV Parking will be accepted on a first come, first served basis starting at 7AM on Wednesday 8/5.
There are NO ELECTICAL HOOK-UPS IN LOT D.
Permits will be issued upon arrival at the Bayfront Lot Entry Gates. Permits must be displayed in clear view in the front window. Secret Service Entertainment, The City of Duluth and DEDA are not responsible for security and liability for overnight stays.
Space is NOT sold, it is only rented for the time indicated on the permit to the original permit holder. Space may not be sublet. Any vehicles without permits will be towed away at owners expense.
There is no Sanitary Sewer Service at the Bayfront Lots. Dumping is strictly prohibited. Permit holders will be held responsible for any clean-up costs or disposal fees associated with their site.
A third party pumping service is being made available by Ebel’s Sanitary Service.

Per Duluth Fire Code:
No Charcoal BBQ grills
Propane stoves are allowed in grassy areas only.
No open fires/campfires.
This includes open wood fires in metal pits or BBQ grills.
Alcohol Consumption
Duluth City Code Section 8-22 prohibits alcohol consumption in public places.
Alcohol consumption is not permitted in this parking lot.
Duluth Police Officers patrol this parking lot and may issue fines according to the law.
Quiet time between 11pm and 7am will be enforced.
Lost and Found:
Bring items to the Check-In Booth at Front Entrance Gate.
For Safety purposes:
No beverages in glass or cans.
Use only unbreakable plastic containers.
Garbage
You can bring refuse to the dumpster located at each lot.
Bathroom Facilities:
Satellite toilets will be located at each lot.

Bentleyville 2010 Parking
November 20, 2010 – December 26, 2010.
Ample, convenient parking is available on site, adjacent to the main entrance to Bayfront Festival Park, charge is $4 per vehicle.
From I-35 Northbound, exit 256B, right onto Harbor Drive, first right onto S. 5th Ave West. Left on Railroad Street, follow signs.
From I 35 Southbound: exit 256B, left onto Harbor Drive, first right onto S. 5th Ave West. Left on Railroad Street-follow signs.
